Our client is a dynamic, well established and highly profitable company based in Hereford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company looking to expand its finance team with the creation of this new role during a time profiatble growth.
Role
To be at the heart of the company’s operations as the main sales order processing agent with its associated modules of suppliers, customers, stock part numbering, bill of materials, purchasing, credit control and banking within SAGE 200. Closely working with other departments of the business including project management, engineering and logistics.
Main duties
Input of all sales orders to including goods, contracts, hires and support
Control new supplier records, stock part records, bill of materials and inputs
to ensure compliance with internal requirements and ISO quality requirements
Also
Banking ledger entries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Month end processes such as journal creation and posting, balance sheet reconciliations
Credit control - producing customer statements and contacting customers where required
Produce year end schedules for financial audits
Stock takes
Skills Requirement
The successful candidate will need to have good organisational skills, attention to detail, enjoy being part of a busy team, adaptable.
1-2 years work experience in a similar environment
Competent with Microsoft office,
Good communication skills
