Administrator (maternity contract)

Our client is a well-established, market leading company which offers specialist services within the construction and related industries. They are looking for a capable administrator to join the business on a year’s maternity contract, after which they may be further opportunity. The role is currently full-time, but our client will also consider candidates looking to work on a part-time basis.

The role is varied and will require the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate effective and efficient communication, task priorisation and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to and handling incoming queries.
  • Chasing customer debts.
  • Processing sales and purchase Invoices.
  • Booking in of work orders.
  • Assist Book keeper by raising sales invoices in accounting software.
  • Assist book keeper with processing of credit card receipts.
  • Raising purchase Invoices.
  • Banking reconciliations.
  • Resolve Data Quality issues.
  • Work to continually improve process.
  • Support any other business administration requirement.
  • Support the business team as and when necessary.
