The role will be responsible for driving the successful development of new menu products in line with customer demands and industry trends, whilst supporting the operation to deliver first class customer service and maximising income, profit streams and improve ROI. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the company’s annual retail pricing insights programme and pricing strategy.
