Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing international business who are leaders in their field. They have recently been acquired by a private equity firm which is making significant investment in the business. In support of further growth, our client seeks to appoint a senior change manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system, a complex, end to end IT transformational programme, managing the vendor and multiple inhouse stakeholders. Beyond this, there are further phased roll outs and PMO management. You will adopt a position as righthand person to the IT Director (succession planning), involved in strategic planning and in leading a dynamic and ever changing IT operation.
Our client is looking for an experienced leader who is successful at developing teams and has demonstrable experience of systems implementation project management and the associated business process improvement.
