Our client, a specialist provider of high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed Manager to join their friendly and hardworking team. This business is driven by providing a first class and high-quality service to their clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and that they are cared for compassionately 24/7.

As a part of the devoted management team within this well-established business your role is likely to be varied, therefore you must have a can-do and calm approach to your work, accepting that priorities can often change. A primary responsibility in the role will be training carers using various methods such as delivering presentations, conducting hands-on practical sessions and finding other innovative and engaging ways to present and teach training information.

You will be provided with the training in order to perform this role effectively, what is more important is your willingness to be a part of the team and want to learn, grow and develop yourself, which will be paramount to your success with the business.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with people with a learning disability, autism, spinal injury or mental health problems.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • NVQ or QCF in Social Care or other relevant qualification.
