Following continued business success we are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join our successful operation - growing and developing as the business continues to thrive. The role of a Recruitment Consultant will initially support in the day to day resourcing and recruitment administration; screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, writing advertisements and coordinating interviews. As you develop and become more confident in the recruitment cycle you will take responsibility for your own client relationships, developing strong links and becoming a trusted advisor in support of their recruitment needs. We are looking for the successful candidate to demonstrate confidence, commercial acumen and to have strong verbal / written communication / presentation skills. Experience is not essential but the passion and drive to want to become a success is the key ingredient we are seeking.
