Our client is a well-established, market leading supplier within a fast growing and technologically advancing sector of the leisure industry. Following continued growth, they seek to appoint a driven, diligent and ambitious Service & After-Sales Advisor, to work in their Head Office in Newport. They’re a business with a passion for customer service and strive to be better than the rest of the market place.

As a Service and After-Sales Advisor you will play an integral part in the customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for relationship building - you will fully commit yourself to, and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be confident and professional; possessing strong communication skills. You will relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining your thorough attention to detail under pressure.

Key responsibilities of the Service & After-Sales Advisor:

• Managing inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with queries
• Sales support- development of quotes, warranty claims, invoicing, taking payments
• Liaising with customers and manufacturers
• Communicating with, and organising tasks between the workshop and sales team

Key to your success will be your ability to prioritise the severity of a customer's need and acting appropriately according to their specific need. You will be empathetic, professional and will be adept in the effective managing of expectations.
