Following continued business success we are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join our successful operation - growing and developing as the business continues to thrive. The role of a trainee recruitment consultant will be initially to support in the day to day resourcing and recruitment administration, screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, writing advertisements and coordinating interviews. As you develop and become more confident in the recruitment cycle you will take ownership of your own clients, developing relationships with new clients - with the view of becoming a trusted advisor to your clients and candidates. We are looking for the successful candidate to demonstrate confidence, commercial acumen, strong verbal / written communication / presentation skills and degree educated. Experience is not essential but the passion and drive to want to become a success is the key ingredient we are seeking.
