Here’s to the next 10!

We are delighted to announce that this year is Rockfield Specialist Recruitment’s 10th anniversary.

There has been a lot change within the industry and within our business over this time, bringing with it its own set of challenges.  And, fundamentally, when you look at the statistics, surviving, let alone thriving, a decade in recruitment is no mean feat in itself.  But, why Rockfield has been so successful, and where we believe we have the edge over many of our competitors, is that we never over promise and under deliver – we consistently offer a high quality, professional and consultative service. As a candidate, we won’t tell you we’ll find you your dream job in three days – it will take time to get to know you, and to understand your strengths and aspirations, so we can match you with the right job in the right company. (Oh and, by the way, we will always call you back when we say we are going to!).  As a client, we won’t send you 10 CVs in the vain hope that you might want to see one or two for interview.  We will learn all about your business and your culture, and will then scour the market, casting the net as wide as necessary (using active search at all levels), and only then present you with a tailored shortlist of the very best candidates in the market at that time – these we will have thoroughly vetted and are candidates we believe can not only do the job, but do a great job. It can be a longer process but, in our experience, it’s much more likely to lead to a happy client, a happy candidate and, not least, a happy recruitment consultant!  So, happy birthday to us – and, to all our valued clients, thank you very much for your ongoing business – here’s to the next 10 years!
