"Last year we set Rockfield Recruitment the difficult task of recruiting for an extremely specialist senior position at Mars Choc UK. At the time we initially had the role with 3 agencies but in the end Rockfield was the "last man standing"! Whilst everyone else gave up/said they wouldn't work the role unless it was retained, Camilla and Simon got hard to work.

They were accurate in the profiles they sent over, patient in terms of our time scales, they provided detailed feedback on time and weren't pushy in their style. The worst thing about working with some agencies is being sold to, but this never happened with Camilla. She gave us a consultative approach and was always flexible with us chopping and changing things. We had a nightmare challenge with some of our interviews taking place at airports and on video conferences as the line manager was based in the U.S!
