I would like to say I was very impressed with Josie’s professionalism and the whole process of dealing with my application to work for SFC Group.

I was initially contacted by Josie via Linked-In, asking if I would be interested in finding out about a PA job at an events company here in Gloucester.

My first reaction was to delete the message, but for some reason I retrieved it and then replied to Josie saying I’d be interested in finding out more about the role. Very quickly she asked if she could ring me to discuss, which we then spoke to each other by phone.

Josie was very friendly, explained about the role without giving details of the company, but enough information for me to want to find out more. We then arranged for a face to face meeting at Costa coffee in Barnwood.

When we met, Josie was very welcoming, informative and professional, asking me about my previous experience and giving me details about the role and organisation.

I then received written confirmation of the job offer early the following week by email. The rest is history!

I wasn’t actively looking for a new role, but this felt like an exciting opportunity that couldn’t be missed. Six months on, I am very happy that I did retrieve the email I initially deleted and got to speak to Josie.

Josie was informative, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Josie certainly changed my perception on recruitment agencies, as this was negative before dealing with Josie and Rockfield.
