Simon and his team have provided us with recruitment services for some time. Our requirements can be very challenging and, often, changeable. We invariably want something ‘extra' beyond simply filling a role with an adequate candidate. As an organisation, seeking to grow, the ‘extra’ is identifying candidates who are able to stretch and grow with the organisation.
